Prints
How are the prints made?
Every print is made to order by a professional photo lab in New Zealand. I check each print before it is packed and sign it by hand on the back.
Which sizes are available?
Most photos come in A4 (21 × 29.7 cm, NZD 90), A3 (29.7 × 42 cm, NZD 150) and A2 (42 × 59.4 cm, NZD 250). Some photos are only offered in A4: their original files are smaller, and I only sell sizes that print sharply. The sizes for each photo are shown in the shop.
Are the prints framed?
No, prints are sent unframed, so you can choose a frame that suits your space. A4 prints fit standard A4 frames; for A3 and A2 a mount (passe-partout) looks lovely.
Will the print have your signature or a watermark on the front?
No. The print shows the photo only. It is signed by hand on the back.
Can I order a size or a photo that isn't in the shop?
Very often, yes. Many photos from the travel pages can be printed too. Ask me and I'll check whether the file is big enough for the size you want.
Ordering and payment
How do I pay?
Checkout runs through Stripe, a secure payment provider. You can pay by credit or debit card, and with Apple Pay or Google Pay where your device supports it. I never see or store your card details.
Which currency are prices in?
All prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZD). If you pay from abroad, your bank converts the amount into your currency.
Can I send a print as a gift?
Of course. Enter the recipient's address as the delivery address at checkout. If you'd like a handwritten note included, let me know after ordering.
Shipping
How much does shipping cost?

Can I order several prints with one shipping cost?
Yes. Each checkout in the shop is for one print, so buying several separately would add shipping each time. Send me a message with the prints and sizes you'd like, and I'll prepare one combined order with a single shipping cost.
How long does delivery take?
Prints are made to order and usually ship within 7–10 working days. After that, delivery normally takes 2–5 working days within New Zealand, about 1 week to Australia and 1–3 weeks to the rest of the world. I travel a lot, so in rare cases it can take a little longer; I'll let you know if that happens.
Will I have to pay customs or import taxes?
For orders outside New Zealand, your country may charge import duties or taxes on arrival. These are not included in the price and are paid by the buyer.
Problems and returns
My print arrived damaged. What now?
I'm sorry! Please send me a photo of the print and the packaging within 7 days of delivery, and I'll send you a replacement free of charge.
Can I return a print?
Because every print is made to order for you, I can't accept returns if you simply change your mind. Your rights under New Zealand consumer law are not affected: if a print is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, I'll replace it or refund you. More on the Shipping & returns page.
Using my photos
Can I use your photos on my website or social media?
All photos on this site are my own work and protected by copyright. Please don't use them without asking. For licensing an image for print or online use, get in touch; I'm happy to talk about it.
Do you do photo shoots?
Yes: portraits, events and travel-style shoots, mainly where I happen to be at the time. Tell me what you have in mind.
