1. Who I am

This website and shop are run by Alessandra Cardone, trading as AC Travelphotography, a sole trader based in New Zealand. You can reach me through the contact page.

2. Prices and payment

All prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZD). Shipping is added at checkout according to the destination (see Shipping & returns). Payment is processed securely by Stripe; I never receive or store your card details. Your order is confirmed once payment has been received.

I take care to show prices correctly. If a price is obviously wrong, I'll contact you before your order is printed and you can choose to continue at the correct price or receive a full refund.

3. The prints

Prints are made to order by a professional lab in New Zealand. Colours can look slightly different on paper than on your screen, because every screen displays colours a little differently; this is not a fault. Prints are sold unframed unless stated otherwise.

4. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and can vary, especially for international shipping. Ownership and risk pass to you on delivery. Import duties and taxes outside New Zealand are paid by the buyer.

5. Returns and refunds

See Shipping & returns. Your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986 are not affected.

6. Copyright

All photographs and texts on this website are © Alessandra Cardone and protected by copyright. Buying a print gives you the print itself to keep, display, gift or resell as an object. It does not give you the right to copy, scan, reproduce, publish or use the image commercially. You may share links to this website. For any other use of an image, please ask for a licence.

7. Use of this website

I do my best to keep the information on this site accurate and the site available, but I can't guarantee that it is always error-free or online. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; I'm not responsible for their content.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. If you buy as a consumer from another country, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country.
