Shipping rates

* After the print has been made and posted. Every print is made to order, which usually takes 7–10 working days.

Ordering several prints? Each checkout covers one print and its shipping. If you'd like more than one, get in touch and I'll send you a single combined offer with one shipping cost.

All orders are sent tracked. Prints are packed flat between stiff boards or rolled in a sturdy tube, depending on the size. You'll receive the tracking details by email once your order has been posted.

Customs, duties and taxes

Orders shipped outside New Zealand may be subject to import duties, taxes or handling fees charged by the destination country. These charges are not included in the price or the shipping cost and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Delivery address

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to me because the address was incomplete or wrong, I'll gladly send it again, but the shipping cost for the second delivery will be charged again.

Damaged or faulty prints

If your print arrives damaged, has a printing fault, or isn't the photo or size you ordered, please contact me within 7 days of delivery and include a photo of the print and the packaging. I'll send you a replacement at no cost, or a full refund if you prefer.

Change of mind

Each print is made to order especially for you, so I'm unable to accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind. If you'd like to cancel an order, please contact me as soon as possible: if the print hasn't been sent to the lab yet, I'll cancel and refund it in full.

Your rights

Nothing on this page limits your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the consumer laws of your own country.
